Privacy Policy

Last updated July 8, 2026. This is a draft written to reflect how Privy Passport actually works today — it has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Don’t treat it as final legal advice until it has been.

Privy Passport (https://www.privypassport.com, and the Privy Passport app) is built by SuperLoops. This policy covers what we collect when you use the website, the app, or talk to our AI concierge, and what we do with it.

What we collect

Account info. When you sign in, we collect your email address. Sign-in is passwordless — we send a secure link, we don’t store a password.

Trip planning content. What you tell the concierge — destinations, dates, budget, and the itineraries it generates for you — is stored so you can come back to a trip later and so the agent can improve.

Feedback. If you rate a response (thumbs up/down), we store that alongside the conversation it refers to.

Usage & device data. Standard analytics — pages visited, approximate location from IP, browser/device type — collected via our analytics provider.

Messages you send us. If you email the concierge or message us on WhatsApp, we keep that conversation to respond to you.

What we don't collect

We don’t ask for or store payment card numbers ourselves — if you’re on a paid plan, your payment details are handled directly by our payment processor. We don’t sell your data to anyone.

How we use it

  • To run the concierge — plan trips, remember your saved trips, and improve suggestions over time.
  • To operate the free/paid tiers described on our pricing page.
  • To respond when you contact us.
  • To understand usage patterns and improve the product.
  • To meet legal obligations where they apply.

Who we share it with

We use a small set of infrastructure providers to run Privy Passport, each only for the purpose below:

  • A database/authentication provider, to store accounts and trip data securely.
  • An analytics provider (data processed in the EU), to understand product usage.
  • AI infrastructure providers that process your conversation with the concierge to generate a response.
  • A content platform for the blog you’re reading right now — it doesn’t receive your account or trip data.
  • Meta/WhatsApp, only for messages you choose to send us there.

We don’t share your trip data with hotels, airlines, or other vendors unless you explicitly ask us to help book something.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, and analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser; the app just won’t remember your session across visits.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct, export, or delete your data at any time by emailing concierge@privypassport.com. Deleting your account removes your saved trips and conversation history.

Children

Privy Passport isn’t directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Privy Passport after a change means you accept the update.
