Privy Passport is an AI travel concierge: describe a trip, and the agent puts together a day-by-day itinerary using real availability and travel information. It’s a planning tool — it surfaces options and information, but where a booking requires your confirmation (a hotel, a flight, anything that costs money), you make that call, not the agent.

You need an account (email only, no password) to save trips. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure — that’s how sign-in links reach you. Don’t share your account or use someone else’s.

The Free plan is free indefinitely, for the features listed on our pricing page. Paid plans (Premium, Concierge) renew on the cycle shown at checkout until you cancel; a payment processor handles your payment details, we don’t store your card number. Cancelling stops future renewals — it doesn’t refund the current period unless required by law.

You agree not to:

• Use Privy Passport for anything illegal, or to plan travel that violates a destination’s laws.
• Try to break, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.
• Scrape or resell the agent’s output at scale without asking us first.
• Use the concierge to generate content that’s abusive, deceptive, or impersonates someone else.

The concierge uses live tools where it can (hotel availability, visa rules), but travel information changes — border rules, prices, and availability can shift after the agent gives you an answer. Treat itineraries as a strong starting point, and confirm anything time- or money-critical (visas, flight times, cancellation policies) with the actual provider or official source before you travel.

What you type to the concierge, and the itineraries it builds for you, are yours. We keep them so you can return to a trip and so we can operate and improve the service — see our Privacy Policy for detail on how that data is used.

Privy Passport is provided as-is. We work to keep the agent accurate and the service available, but we can’t guarantee travel information is error-free or that the service is uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for losses arising from relying on the agent’s output without your own confirmation, or from service downtime.

We may update these terms or the service over time. Material changes will update the date at the top of this page; continuing to use Privy Passport after that means you accept the update.
